Our in-Home Care Package program is designed to help people continue to live at home independently and safely. The goal is to provide the care and support you need in your own home so you can stay there comfortably. When you receive a Home Care Package, the government allocates funds for your care to be paid to the service provider of your choice. We also provide private in-home care while you wait for government package, NDIS approval and for participants who are discharging from hospital care.

Home care services help you with everyday activities, which you usually undertake for yourself, but you are unable to do so because of sickness, disability, or weakness. Home care services need to adhere to the care plan developed with you and your service provider. Home care services are separate to the services provided under the supervision of a registered nurse. This means for home care services, your health must be stable, and not monitored by medical personnel.
Our support workers can assist you with tasks you cannot do yourself. Our support workers provide support for you to participate in activities of your interest.
